The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 785 Includes: • Expansion Of The Provincial Road From Km 10+773 To Km 13+523 • Reconstruction And Expansion Of Intersections With Municipal And District Roads • Reconstruction And Expansion Of District Road No. 3907E • Reconstruction And Expansion Of Municipal Roads No.: 112608E, 112607E • Demolition And Construction Of Culverts Under The Body Of The Provincial Road • Demolition And Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Passage For Amphibians • Construction Of Sidewalks • Demolition And Construction Of Exits With Covered Ditches Under The Exits • Construction Of Bus Bays • Construction And Reconstruction Of A Drainage System, Open And Covered Ditches, Construction Of Storm Sewage And Drainage • Reconstruction Of Ditches Drainage • Construction Of A Technological Canal • Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Lighting • Reconstruction Of The Energy, Water And Telecommunications Networks • Cutting Down And Securing Remaining Trees And New Plantings A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction, Executive And Technical Designs, Bills Of Quantities) And Stwiorbs In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. Until June 30, 2026, Along The Dw 785 Road, There Will Be A Detour For Trucks On The Above-Mentioned Section Related To The Construction Of The Włoszczowa Bypass. Two Lanes Of Traffic Should Be Provided In Both Directions. Works Cannot Be Carried Out On The Section From Km 10+773 To 12+520 (Polichno) Until The Reconstruction Of The Dw 786 Road Is Completed, Scheduled For October 30, 2026. 2. When Carrying Out The Task Covered By This Order, Measures Should Be Taken To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, As Referred To In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 3. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Relating To: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Structure (Base Layer And Binding And Wearing Course). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Production And Transport Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Existing Contractor Of Services Or Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Up To The Amount Of Pln 8,169,344.21 Net.
