The Subject Of The Order Covers The Following Scope: - Adaptation Of Rooms In Accordance With The Technical Specifications. - Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, - Installation And Commissioning Of The Delivered Apparatus/Equipment, - - Training Of The Hemodynamics Laboratory Staff In The Scope Of Performing Tests, - Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation, Cleaning, Disinfection And Maintenance Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order, - Submission Of The Required Documents (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 2 - Technical Parameters And Annex No. 12 Stwior. The Subject Of The Order, In Addition To The Works Indicated In Stwior, Includes The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Storage And Removal To A Legal Landfill Of Demolition Materials And Rubble (Documented With An Appropriate Certificate), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of January 11, 2023 On The Conditions For The Safe Use Of Ionizing Radiation For All Types Of Medical Exposure - In The Part To Which It Applies - Met The Requirements Specified In Other Applicable Specific Provisions And Standards Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And Met The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Should Have Documents Confirming The Above And Is Obliged To Provide Them To The Ordering Party At Any Request And At Any Time - If Applicable.
