The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor (Designer), Whose Responsibility Will Be To Develop Replacement Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Stadium In Olsztyn Located At Aleja Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 69A, Including The Expansion Of The Stadium Along With Parking Lots And Technical Infrastructure Located At Ul. Piłsudskiego And Including All Necessary Elements Enabling Obtaining A Replacement Building Permit And Implementing The Investment, By Introducing Changes Required By The Ordering Party In The Design Documentation Prepared By Pig Architekci Sp. Z O. O. Based In Warsaw, Including All Changes Contained In The Opz. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Authors Supervision.
