The Contractor Participating In The Proceedings Must Meet The Conditions Specified In Chapters V And Vii Of The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of The Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit In Accordance With Art. 131 Of The Pzp.5 Act.
