The Area In Question Is Not Covered By The Local Development Plan And Is Under Conservation Protection.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Land Development Project - Includes The Development Of A Land Development Project, Technical Design And Obtaining, For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Required Arrangements, Including Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works, Reporting A Small Architectural Object In A Public Place On A Map For Design Purposes, Accepted Without Objection, As Well As Obtaining The Opinion Of The Relevant Conservator Of Monuments, 2) Stage Ii - Construction Works - Includes Carrying Out Construction Works Based On The Developed And Approved Land Development Project And Notification Of Construction Works Accepted Without Objection, Notification Of A Small Architectural Object In A Public Place.
