Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Municipal Office In Giżycko

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms), Delivery And Implementation Of The Utm Cluster And Delivery Of A System For Making Backup Copies. The Task Includes The Delivery Of Hardware And Software Along With The Implementation Of Ict Systems And Solutions (Installation, Configuration And Integration), Aimed At Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity And Increasing Resistance To Incidents Related To It Security, Implemented As Part Of The Task Titled: Increasing The Cybersecurity Level Of The Municipal Office In Giżycko. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Three Parts. Contractors May Submit Offers For One, Several Or All Parts Of The Order. Part 1: Development And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms); The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Documentation Related To The Introduction Of The Information Security Management System As Part Of The Grant Project Entitled Cybersecure Local Government Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services (Measure 2.2 - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System). The Aim Of The Service Is To Implement The Information Security Management System (Isms) At The City Hall In Giżycko, Prepared By The Contractor In Accordance With The Current Legal Status, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Eu Directives And The Iso -27000 Family Standards And Other Standards Appropriate For Particular Isms Fields (Security Policy, Risk Assessment, Etc.) Note: The Development, Implementation, Review And Updating Of The Isms Will Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Conditions And Specificity Of The Project And The Specificity Of The Units. The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Cybersecurity Maturity Survey In The Local Government Unit Completed By The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Authors Supervision, He Will Add Comments From The External Auditor To The Prepared Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party - This Order Does Not Include Activities Involving The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.7.
