1) Development Of The Concept, Design Documentation And Obtaining Permission To Carry Out And Complete The Works, In Particular A) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Resolutions And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Fup Referred To In § 1 Section 1,B) Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, In Accordance With The Standards And Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Ensuring The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, As Amended, With Particular Emphasis On Art. 5 And In Fulfilling The Designers Obligations Specified In Art. 20 Of The Above-Mentioned Act.2) Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Be Prepared In The Following Number Of Copies: Concept - 1 Copy, Construction Design In 3 Copies (Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Appendices To The Project); Detailed Designs In 3 Copies; Bills Of Quantities In 2 Copies; Cost Estimates In 2 Copies Copies; List Of Devices And Materials Specifying Technical Parameters, Including Parameters Determining The Equivalence Of Devices And Materials In 2 Copies; Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In 3 Copies; The Provided Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Is To Include All Necessary Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Opinions, Decisions, Permits Necessary For Its Feasibility.3) Execution Of Construction Works In The Following Scope: A) Construction Of A Bicycle Path In The Design And Build Mode, Including Primarily: - Demolition Works, - Construction Works - Installation Works, - Comprehensive Greenery Development. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Scope Of Construction Works And The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of Their Execution As Well As Technical Requirements, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement.
