Nowowiejska 47 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Dzierżoniów Municipality And Piława Górna Commune. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The Project Entitled Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna No.Feds.09.06-Iz.00-0007/24 Under Priority No. 9 European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia, Measure No. 9.6 Environmental Transformation - Zit, Program European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021–2027. The Scope Of Works For This Task Is Indicated And Described In: A) The Architectural And Construction Design Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 47 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna; B) Executive Design Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 47 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna; C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Nowowiejska 47 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów And The Commune Of Piława Górna; D) Energy Audit; In Addition To The Works Resulting From The Design Documentation And Energy Audit, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Make And Place An Information Board, Taking Into Account One Change In Its Content. The Content Of The Table Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Its Implementation, - Before The Commencement Of The Works, To Ensure The Implementation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Opinion/Expert Opinion Of An Ornithologist And Chiropterologist, In Terms Of The Presence Of Nesting Places And Shelters Of Animals, And To Incur Related Costs, Including Possible Costs Of Work To Be Performed Resulting From The Recommendations Of This Study (Opinion/Expert Opinion Of An Ornithologist And Chiropterologist). Two Copies Of The Expertise Must Be Prepared And Delivered To The Ordering Party Before Construction Works Begin. - To Ensure The Execution And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of 2 Copies Of The Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building After The Thermal Modernization Works.
