The Subject Of The Contract Is - Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Social Welfare Center In Gliwice In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting, Delivering And Returning Postal Items.2. The Deadline For Completing The Task Is Set From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than May 4, 2026. Until June 30, 2027 Or Until The Maximum Amount Of Remuneration Is Exhausted.3. The Quantities Of Individual Shipment Items Specified In Annex 1 To The Contract Provided By The Ordering Party Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Quantities Indicated In Annex 1 To The Contract. The Types And Quantities Of Individual Shipments Specified Therein As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Execution Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Party Guarantees A Minimum Remuneration Of 50% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract.5. Shipments That Are Not Specified In Annex 1 Of The Contract Will Be Estimated Based On The Contractors Applicable Price List.6. The Acceptance, Transport And Delivery Of All Postal Items, As Well As Their Possible Return And Complaints, Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations Referred To In Point. 7 And In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Agreement.7.
