The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Full-Scope, Full-Sector And Complete Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Road At Brzozowa Street In Szklary Górne. The Scope Of The Documentation Includes The Development Of: A) A Construction Design Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020, On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679); Containing All Opinions, Arrangements And Consents Necessary To Obtain A Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Building Permit Decision, Including: • Development Plan For The Investment Area Developed On Current Situational And Elevation Maps At A Scale Of 1:500 With The Boundaries Of The Plots On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out, Along With Obtaining All Required Industry Agreements And Permits; • Architectural And Construction Design, • Technical Design Including Detailed Technical And Construction Solutions. B) Industry Technical Designs, Including Designs For The Reconstruction Of Devices Interfering With The Implementation Of The Task, Along With Obtaining Conditions For Removing The Interference And Agreeing On The Adopted Solutions With The Owners Of The Devices, C) Executive Designs Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021) R. Item 2458), D) Designs Of Temporary And Final Road Traffic Organization Along With Arrangements And Approvals, E) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Will Specify The Technical Parameters And Functional Requirements Of The Products Used, Provided For In The Design Documentation; F) Bills Of Quantities For All Industries Based On Sst With Specification Of Cpv Codes, G) Investors Cost Estimate Based On The Current Price Database (E.G. Sekocenbud), Sst With Specification Of Cpv Codes For All Industries. Detailed Design Guidelines Are Provided In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, While The Scope Of The Task Is Presented In The Graphic Annex - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. Regulations And Applicable Norms And Standards As Well As Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
