Services Consisting In Cutting Down Shrubs, Suckers From The Entire Road And Cutting Branches From Trees From The Entire Road, Maintaining The Horizontal And Vertical Dimensions, Also Cutting Down Suckers Around Tree Trunks, Clearing The Remaining Branches And Boughs From The Road, Uncovering Road Signs, Processing The Obtained Material Into Wood Chips And Scattering It Around Young Plantings. Trees - A Total Of 14,150 M2 Of Bushes;2. The Technical Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification, Hereinafter Referred To As Sst, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Detailed Location Of Trees And Shrubs To Be Cared For And Tree Species Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Location Of Services (As Appropriate For A Given Part). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Nature Protection Act, 2) Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That Other Trees Growing In The Road Are Not Damaged, 3) Carry Out The Works In Such A Way As To Protect Overhead Lines, Underground Utilities, Sowings, Fences And Buildings, And Vertical Markings Against Damage Or Destruction. All Costs Related To The Above-Mentioned Damage And Destruction Will Be Borne By The Contractor, 4) Mark The Work Sites In Accordance With Its Own Approved Traffic Organization Design Or In Accordance With The Design Provided By The Poznań District Road Authority. The Marking Must Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On Roads. Signage Must Be Maintained In Good Condition Throughout The Work. The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz,5) Carry Out The Work In Such A Way As To Limit Traffic Disruptions To The Necessary Minimum And Not To Cause Any Damage To Road Users. All Costs Related To The Elimination Of Damage Caused To Road Users Will Be Borne By The Contractor.6) Carry Out All Work On The Road In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Ensure Fire Protection Conditions. Specified In The Detailed Provisions, 7) Provide The Ordering Party With Information About The Scope Of Work Performed In A Given Period And The Planned Scope Of Work Within The Specified Period At The Request Of The Ordering Party (Excluding Saturdays And Public Holidays), The Information Should Include The Dates Of Performed And Planned Works And The Ordinal Number Along With The Location And/Or Road Section, In Accordance With The Scope Of The Order, 8) Know And Apply All Environmental Protection Regulations, Including Regulations On Waste Management, During The Work
