1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task: Adaptation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Silesian Provincial Office In Katowice At Ul. Jagiellońska 25 For A Catering Establishment With A Restaurant, Kitchen And Sanitary Facilities. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Carrying Out All Necessary Studies, Including: A) Inventory And Excavations To The Extent Necessary For The Preparation Of Documentation B) Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Arrangements, Derogations And Other Necessary Documents Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Planned Investment, Together With The Preparation Of Relevant Documents For Applications And The Development Of Applications Required By Individual Entities In The Above Scope; C) Other Studies (Including Expert Opinions And Assessments) Resulting From Legal Provisions Or Guidelines Of Entities Involved In Issuing The Above-Mentioned Conditions, Opinions, Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Planned Investment; 2) Design Documentation Containing, Among Others: A) Architectural And Construction Design Along With Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Derogations And Other Documents Which Are Obligatory To Obtain Under The Regulations - 4 Copies B) Technical Designs (For Each Industry) - 4 Sets C) Executive Designs (For Each Industry) - 4 Sets D) Bioz Information - (Including All Industries) - 4 Sets.E) Interior Design Project - 2 Copies.F) Bill Of Quantities (For Each Industry Separately) - 1 Set.G) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Covering All Industries) - 2 Sets.H) Investor Cost Estimates For Construction, Installation, Finishing And Assembly Works (For Each Industry Separately, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities - Detailed Printout - 1 Set I) Cost Estimate Including Furnishing The Rooms With Furniture, Appliances And Household Appliances In Accordance With The Design Documentation - 2 Copies Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works On The Monument, Covered By The Documentation; 4) Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Construction Permit Covered By The Documentation, Issued By The Mayor Of Katowice, 5) Answering Questions During The Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works, 6) Providing Authors Supervision Services During Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Documentation.2.
