The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3.1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Develop Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, I.E.: 3.1.1. Architectural And Construction Design – 3 Copies,3.1.2. Industry Technical Projects – 3 Copies,3.1.3. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) – 2 Copies,3.1.4. Investors Cost Estimate - 1 Copy,3.1.5. Bill Of Quantities - 1 Copy 3.2. Will Obtain The Necessary Expertise, Permits, Notifications And Arrangements, Including: With The Appropriate Fire Protection Appraiser, Sanitary, Hygiene And Occupational Health And Safety Appraiser And Owkz, If Required To Complete The Investment Task, 3.3. Will Purchase The Necessary Maps,3.4. Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Referred To In Point 3.1. – 3.2. Prepared In A Paper Version In The Number Of Copies Specified In Point 3.1. And One Editable Electronic Version (.Pdf, .Ath Files), Which Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party On A Memory Medium (Pendrive).4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Documentation Referred To In Point 3.1. In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Implementation Of Vertical Moisture-Proof Insulation On The Foundation Wall Of The Building Of The Faculty Of Chemistry And Pharmacy, From The Side Of The Connector With The Main Building At Oleska 48 And Execution Of An Air-Conditioning Installation In Laboratory Rooms 012, 013, 014, 015 On The Ground Floor Of Wchif For A Period Not Longer Than 2 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Design Documentation.6. The Contractor Provides A Twenty-Four [24] Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1.7. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
