Tenders Are Invited For Catching Predatory Mammals In The Ohz Of The Płaska Forest District In Žilina In The 2026/2027 Hunting Season As Part Of The Opl2 Project

3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Trapping Services For Predatory Mammals: Fox, American Mink And Raccoon Dog, Including Daily Inspection Of Live Traps In The Płaska Forest District In Žilina During The 2026/2027 Hunting Season In Places Determined By The Ordering Party In The Płaska Forest District Ohz (Hunting Districts 37 And 43), As Well As Shooting The Caught Individuals And Disposal Of Their Carcasses.3.2 The Maximum Pool Of Predatory Mammals Intended For Reduction As Part Of Trapping Is 40 Pieces.3.3 Predatory Mammals Will Be Caught Using Live Traps, Which Should Be Checked At Least Once A Day.3.4 The Contractor Will Set Live Traps Provided By The Ordering Party Within 5 Days Of Signing The Contract (Maximum 10 Traps Placed At A Time) In Places Agreed With To The Ordering Party.3.5 The Contractor Will Provide A Sufficient Number Of Fresh Bait For The Traps In Such A Way As To Ensure Its Frequent Replacement In Order To Guarantee The Freshness Of The Bait.3.6 The Contractor Or His Representative Will Confirm The Catch Of A Predatory Mammal By Taking And Sending A Photo Showing The Date Of Taking And Signing A Report In Accordance With The Template Constituting An Annex To The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz.3.7 In The Event Of Catching An Animal Species Other Than The Above-Mentioned Mammals, The Contractor Should Immediately Release The Animal. 3.8 The Caught Individuals Should Be Shot (Or Released, In The Case Described Above) Within No Longer Than One Day, After Which The Carcass Should Be Disposed Of At Its Own Expense, Taking Into Account Point 3.9, Unless The Contractor Disposes Of The Carcass In A Different Way At His Own Risk.3.9 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Randomly Inspect The Carcasses Of Shot Predators Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Collection.3.10 Individuals Of Species Not Shot As Part Of Trapping Will Be Released Into The Wild In A Way That Reduces The Stress On The Captured Animals As Much As Possible.3.11 Each Individual Of A Predatory Mammal Obtained Must Be Recorded In The Registration Book Of The Stay On The Territory. Individual Hunting. 3.12 The Contractor Will Indicate In The Offer Persons Who Have Appropriate Permissions To Carry Out Individual Hunting And A Permit To Possess A Weapon. Hunting By Hunters Other Than Those Indicated In The Offer Will Be Possible After Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Confirmed By Issuing An Authorization To Perform An Individual Hunt.
