The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Mowing The Bottoms, Slopes Of The Ditches And 1-Meter-Wide Strips Adjacent To The Slopes On Both Sides Of The Ditch (The Maximum Height Of The Lichen Left Is 5 Cm), 80% Of The Mow Should Be Raked And Transported On The Same Day (The Collected Mow Should Be Sent To The Composting Plant In Racibórz Together With Payment Of Appropriate Storage Fees And Documentation With A Waste Transfer Card) - The Total Area Intended For Mowing Is 271,482 M2; 2) Desludging Of The Bottom Of Ditches With An Average Width At The Bottom Of 0.60 Meters And An Average Depth Of 1.5 Meters - Silt From The Desludging Of 80% Of The Length Of The Ditches Should Be Spread Out, While The Remaining Area Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Waste Act (Transfer To An Entity With Appropriate Authorizations Along With Incurring Appropriate Fees Or Obtain An Appropriate Development Decision) - It Is Planned To Desilt 4,152 Meters Of Ditches With Average Silt Up To 10 Cm, 3,522 Meters Of Ditches With Average Silt Up To 20 Cm, 7,472 Meters Of Ditches With Average Silt Up To 30 Cm;3) Desilting Of Culverts And Collectors With An Average Diameter Of 0.80 Meters - It Is Planned Desilting Of 578 Meters Of Culverts And Collectors With Average Silting Up To 1/3 Of The Height;4) Periodic Removal Of Deposited Waste (Branches, Plastic Bottles, Foils, Rubble, Etc.) From Ditches Based On The Employers Notification From Indicated Places And Transporting Them To A Landfill In A Total Amount Of Up To 3.0 Mg;5) Reconstruction Of Drainage Ditch No. 119 Along A 602 M Long Open Ditch With Desilting 5 Culverts With A Total Length Of 21M;6) Reconstruction Of Drainage Ditch No. 122 On A 214M Long Open Ditch With Desilting Of 1 Culvert 6M Long;7) Reconstruction Of Drainage Ditch No. 137 On A 246M Long Open Ditch With Desilting Of 1 Culvert 4M Long;8) Reconstruction Of Drainage Ditch No. 165 On A 143M Long Open Ditch With Desilting Of 2 Culverts With A Total Length Of 7 M;9) Reconstruction Of Drainage Ditch No. 118 On A 140 M Long Open Ditch With Desilting Of 1 Culvert With A Total Length Of 1 M.
