The Order In Part I Includes The Service Of An Expert Dendrologist In The Scope Of Proceedings For Issuing Consents For The Removal Of Greenery, Adjudicating On Penalties, Remissions And Fees Issued Under The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Conservation (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13) In The Form Of Administrative Decisions. The Service Includes Acting As An Expert Within The Meaning Of Art. 84. Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 572) In Specific Cases Of Particular Complexity And Requiring The Use Of Specialized Dendrological Knowledge And Experience In The Physiology And Statics Of Trees To Make A Proper Decision, And In Cases Requiring Specialized Tests Using A Computed Tomography Scanner Or (And) Carrying Out A Load Test Trees.2.
