The Aggregate Should Be Homogeneous Without Foreign Impurities And Without Clay Admixtures. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale, Delivery And Unloading Of Aggregate Into Piles In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Bartoszyce Commune. The Main Place For Unloading Aggregate Onto The Pile Is The Zbgkim Base Of The Bartoszyce Commune In Sędławki. The Ordering Party Will Order The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Parts, Depending On Current Needs, Through Individual Orders For The Delivery Of Aggregate, Which Will Specify Its Quantity, Purpose, Place And Delivery Date, But This Deadline Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Hours From The Date Of Sending The Order By E-Mail Or Telephone. Aggregate Should Be Delivered By Self-Unloading Truck Or Self-Unloading Truck With A Self-Unloading Trailer. Each Batch Of Materials Requires The Approval Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Remove Any Unacceptable Material From The Storage Place At His Own Expense.1.2 In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Goods, Laboratory Tests Will Be Performed. If A Difference Is Found During Check Weighing, The Ordering Party, In The Presence Of The Contractors Representative (Driver), Will Prepare A Difference Report. 1.3 The Actual Number Of Tons Of Aggregate Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Provided That The Scope Of The Service Will Not Be Lower Than 50% Of The Quantity Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Signs A Contract Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Execution Of The Order In The Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party. 1.4 The Ordering Party Will Successively Order The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Depending On Current Needs, Through Individual Orders For The Delivery Of Aggregate, Which Will Specify Its Quantity And Type. The Maximum Delivery Time Is 72 Hours And In This Procedure It Is Assessed In The Offer Evaluation Criteria.1.5 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change Current Needs During
