Tenders Are Invited For Rental Of Stands For The Public For Events Organized By Poznań Sports And Recreation Centers

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental Of Stands For The Public Along With Transport, Assembly And Subsequent Disassembly For The Duration Of Sports Events Organized By The Ordering Party, I.E. For The Time Of The 18Th Poznań Half Marathon And The 25Th Poznań Marathon,2. The Place Of Installation Of The Stands In Individual Locations Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Detailed Specification Of The Rented Stands Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Declares That If The Documentation For The Described Solutions Includes Names Characterizing Specific Suppliers And Manufacturers, These Names Are For Example Purposes Only, And The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Solutions That Will Not Be Worse Than Those Described In The Procedure Documents.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Activity Related To The Subject Of The Contract With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than: Pln 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Zlotys) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period.6. Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences.7. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require A Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance.8. The Contractor Declares That He Has Certificates Regarding The Non-Flammability Of The Structure And Will Present It To The Ordering Party At The Request Of The Ordering Party.9. After Installing The Stands, The Contractor Will Present The Employer With A Static Test Of The Constructed Structures.
