The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 4,480 Rehabilitation Services For Not Less Than 40 And A Maximum Of 70 Project Participants - People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning, Who Due To Age, Health Condition Or Disability Require Care And Are At Risk Of Being Placed In 24-Hour Institutions, Lonely People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People But Are Deprived Of It, People Living With Family Who Require Help And Their Loved Ones Do Not Are Able To Provide Such Assistance To A Sufficient Extent, At Risk Of Poverty And Social Exclusion, Residing In The City Of Lublin.
