1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Monitor The Number Of Breeding Colonies Of The Northern Spotted Bat Together With An Assessment Of The Conservation Status In The Above-Mentioned Areas. Natura 2000 Area. The Colonies Include: • The Foresters Lodge Of The Lubnia Forest, • The Foresters Lodge Of The Widno Forest, • A Private House In The Town Of Zapora (Mylof), • The Crevices Of The Bridge Over The Zbrzyca In The Town Of Laska.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Have The Permits And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, In Particular Appropriate Permits For Activities Related To Species Protected Under Art. 56 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Nature Conservation (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13) In The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Permits Or Their Copies Together With A List Of People Participating In Monitoring Should Be Presented To The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Gdańsk For Inspection On The Day Of Signing The Contract Or At Least 5 Days Before The Order Is Completed. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has Documentation Of The Protection Task Plan For The Natura 2000 Area Młosino-Lubnia Plh220077 In The Pomeranian Voivodeship (Bociąg Et Al. 2013); Monitoring Results From 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023 And 2024; The Data In Question Will Be Made Available To The Contractor Within The Period Set After Signing The Contract
