The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of A Municipal Road In Chorzów On A Plot With Registration Number 254, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Arrangements, Permits And Performing Authors Supervision. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Works Within The Offered Price: A) Purchase And Update Of Map Bases For Design Purposes, B) Obtain On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Permits Related To The Preparation Of Design Documentation, C) Deviations From Technical Conditions, If Necessary, D) Inter-Industry Design Arrangements, E) Removal Of Any Collisions With The Designed Road System If They Occur, F) Carrying Out All Necessary Measurements, Tests, Expert Opinions And Reports, G) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, If Required: - Geological, Engineering And Hydrotechnical Documentation, - Decision Regarding The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project, - Water Permit. H) Development Of The Project Technical And Construction (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design) I) Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of This Order, J) Developing And Obtaining Approval Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Sor) K) Performing The Required Measurements And Tests Necessary To Develop Design Solutions L) Developing And Presenting To The Ordering Party For Approval Design Documentation Divided Into Industries, In Accordance With The Obtained Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Decisions, M) Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate Using The Detailed Calculation Method Along With Bills Of Quantities And Zero Cost Estimates, N) Performing Authors Supervision As Part Of The Investment In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law, O) Updating Cost Estimates And Dividing These Cost Estimates For A Period Of 36 Months (But Not More Often Than Twice A Year).
