The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of One [1] Set Of Term Licenses (For A Period Of 3 Years) For Epp Class Software With An Integrated Edr Class Module, Dedicated To Workstations And Servers Of The University Of Opole1. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. In The Offer Form - In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Name/Model/Type/Code/Symbol Of The Manufacturer (Depending On The Requirements Specified In The Offer Form) Clearly Defining The Offered Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Data Defining The Offered Subject Of The Order - In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor. If Necessary And To Clearly Define The Offered Subject Of The Order, It Is Required To Provide Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Order Is Offered By The Contractor. If In Order To Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Use Additional Solutions (Not Standardly Used), The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer That Such An Additional Solution Is Offered. If The Offer Does Not Include Information Enabling Clear Identification Of The Product Offered, The Ordering Party Will Consider The Offer Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz And Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. The Contractor Must Offer To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates.5. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: A Maximum Of Five [5] Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To Point. 4.2 Swz.6. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Point 4.1 Swz Is The Maximum Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
