The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare In-Depth Psychophysical Diagnoses Of Children Staying In Family Foster Care In The City Of Kalisz As Part Of The Regional Program European Funds For Great Poland 2021-2027, Priority 6: European Funds For Greater Poland With A Stronger Social Dimension (Efs+), Measure 6.15 Support For The Family And The Foster Care System. 1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Diagnosis Service Be Carried Out According To The Following Schedule: 1) At Least 3 Meetings: A) The First Meeting Only With The Childs Guardians, Which Will Serve To Collect An Interview And Read The Documentation Regarding The Child; B) The Second And Subsequent Meeting Of The Psychologist With The Child And The Guardian(S) (Or, With The Consent Of The Guardians, Only With The Child, If Possible Also In The Childs Place Of Residence). C) The Last Meeting Takes Place Again Only With The Guardian(S) And Serves To Communicate The Diagnosis And Its Discussion.2. The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Following Guidelines: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Activities Be Carried Out In The City Of Kalisz, Or In The Place Of Residence Of The Foster Family/Family Childrens Home, Which Are Located In The City Of Kalisz And The Kalisz Poviat. 2) Each Person Should Be Examined In Accordance With The Referral Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Kalisz. 3) An In-Depth Psychophysical Diagnosis Should Take Into Account: A) Personal Data Of The Child And Guardians; B) Dates And Times Of Meetings; C) List Of Research Tools And Diagnostic Methods; D) Analysis Of The Causes Of The Crisis In The Biological Family And Its Impact On The Childs Development And Functioning; E) Stories Of The Childs Losses; F) Indication Of The Childs Strengths And Resources; G) Assessment Of The Development Of The Childs Physical, Cognitive, Emotional And Social Functions; H) Description Of The Childs Relationship With The Immediate Environment And People Important To The Child;I) Determining The Childs Needs (Including The Possibility Of Being Met By The Environment); J) Diagnostic Data In Terms Of Resources (Factors Supporting Development) And Difficulties (Factors Disturbing Development);K) Determining The Need For Further Diagnosis In The Field Of Possible Specific Developmental Disorders And Indications For Possible Further Specialist Consultations;L) Indications For Further Therapeutic Work, In Accordance With The Needs And Capabilities Of The Child Staying In Foster Care.3. Preparing A Diagnosis Should Be Preceded By Psychological Tests, I.E. A Comprehensive Examination Of The Childs Cognitive Potential And Emotional And Social Functioning Using Standardized Diagnostic Tools Recommended By The Polish Psychological Association. In Particular, It Is Advisable To Use Tools To Assess The Childs Cognitive Development And Mental Functioning, Such As: Stanford Intelligence Scale - Binet, Fifth Edition (Sb5) Or The Wechsler Intelligence Scale For Children,
