Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Community Mobilisation and Sensitization The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has applied for financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Lesotho Lowlands Water Development and Sanitation Project Phase III (LLWDSP III) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this loan to payments under the contract for Consultancy services for Community Mobilisation and Sensitization. 2. The principal objective of this project is to address the resulting funding gap which stems from the inclusion of further water infrastructure works in three newly prioritised settlements not covered in the original scope. These targets will expand service coverage, strengthen resilience and ensure equitable access to clean water in line with the projects inclusive development objective.
