The contractor shall perform trade-off as an intrinsic part of the work to arrive with different architecture options with one representing an optimal cost-benefit ratio.The presented conceptsshall be based on European solutions and European providers, any deviation needs to justified duly and brought to the attention of the Agency.An other overarching aspect shall be intrinsic resilience of the proposed architecture solutions spanning from supply chains to operations.
