Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of 20 Nos Network Switches for Primary and DR Data Center of National Savings Bank. Description of the Procurement Supply. Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of 20 Nos Network Switches for Primary and DR Data Center Method of Procurement National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Applicable non-refundable Tender Fee Rs. 15,000/- Value of the Bid Bond to be submitted Rs. 700,000/- Last Date & Time of Issuing Bid Documents 07.04.2026 at 3.00 p.m. Date & Time of Closing Tender 08.04.2026 at 10.00 a.m. Eligibility Criteria: i. Bids should be submited by reputed Manufacturers / Local Agents/ Accredited dealers who have previous experience of at least 5 years in the supply of the goods in quoted brand to those required under this contract. ii. They should possess the Certificate of Business Registration issued by the Governmental Authority in the relevant field. iii. Bidders should submit manufacturers authorization form in the prescribed form to Data Center Switches. iv. The availability of the local agents in Sri Lanka for the supply of spare parts and after sales services for the maintenance of switches offered in the bid. In addition to the basic eligibility criteria, the Bidder should satisfy the criteria mentioned in the Bidding Document. 1. It is mandatory for any person who acts as an agent or sub agent, representative or nominee for and or on behalf of any tenderer to register himself before applying for tender and the contract under The Public Contract Act, No. 03 of 1987. 2. Bid Documents could be obtained from the Supplies Manager, Supplies Division, National Savings Bank, No. 255, Galle Road, Colombo 03. Tender forms will be issued from 18.03.2026 up to 07.04.2026 between 8.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days on submission of a written request. 3. Perfected bidding documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee / Bid Bond acceptable to National Savings Bank for the value relevant to the tender as indicated above and issued by a commercial bank and valid for a minimum period of 119 calendar days from the date of opening of the Tender. 4. Bids with duplicate shall be deposited in the tender box available at Supplies Division, National Savings Bank, 255, Galle Road, Colombo 03 at or before 10.00 a.m. on 08.04.2026. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of the Bids. Bidder or his authorized representative will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of bids. The bids received after 10.00 a.m. will be rejected and returned unopened. 5. National Savings Bank reserves the right of rejecting any or all bids and the right of accepting any portion of a bid without adducing any reasons.
