Tenders are invited for Bid No.: 0189/t/2025 Bid Invitation for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Brand New Chiller Plant at the Administration Building of Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bids are invited by the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited for the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Brand New Chiller Plant at the Administration Building of Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bids should be submitted on Documents obtained from the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on cash payment of Rupees Nine Thousand only (Rs. 9,000.00) being a non-refundable Bidding document Fee, together with an official letter of request, issued by the Bidder or download from the Website (www.airport.lk) by making an online payment of Rupees Nine Thousand only (Rs. 9,000.00) being a non-refundable Bidding Document Fee. Bid Documents will be issued between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any working day from 19.03.2026 to 06.04.2026. Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 07th April 2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter. An on demand Bid Bond equivalent to Rupees Five Hundred & Forty Thousand (Rs. 540,000.00) in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed Bank operating in Sri Lanka which is approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited should be submitted with the Bids. Pre Bid Meeting will be held on 27.03.2026 at 10.00 a.m. at the Conference Room of Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Building, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Pvt) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.
