The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Commune Office In Przeciszów Using Renewable Energy Sources In The Scope Of Thermal Modernization Of The Building Together With The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation. The Scope Of Works Includes: • Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation Of The Buildings Basement Walls With Styrofoam, Together With The Execution Of Accompanying Works, • Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building With Styrofoam And Mineral Wool, Together With The Execution Of Accompanying Works, • Execution Of Plasters Thin-Layer Insulation Along With The Execution Of Accompanying Works, • Insulating The Roof Of The Building With Mineral Wool And Carrying Out The Accompanying Works, • Insulating The Ceiling Above The Basement And Above The 1St Floor Along With Carrying Out The Accompanying Works, • Replacing The Window Joinery, Replacing The Internal And External Window Sills And Doors, Together With Carrying Out The Accompanying Works, • Installing A Roof At The Entrances To The Building, • Replacing The External And Internal Door Joinery Along With Carrying Out The Accompanying Works, • Installing The Installation And The Set Photovoltaic Panels On The Roof Of The Building, • Replacement Of Some Lighting With More Efficient Leds, • Modernization Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installations And Replacement Of The Heat Source. • Installation Of Nesting Boxes For Birds And Bats. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), • Bills Of Quantities, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: A) Carry Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works; B) Ensure, At Their Own Expense, The Management Of The Construction Site And Works By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order; C) Secure The Construction Site, Including The Construction Facilities, At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations. This Applies In Particular To Proper Fencing, Marking And Security Of The Areas Where Work Is Carried Out, So That Unauthorized Persons (Employees Of The Office, Petitioners, Passers-By, Etc.) Do Not Have Access To Dangerous Areas. The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing The Construction Site In A Way That Guarantees The Safety Of The Facilitys Users; D) During The Implementation Of The Work
