The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Renovation And Equipment Of The Auditorium Of The Big Stage Of The Animation Theater In Poznań At Ul. Saint Marcin 80/82. The Ordering Partys Goal Is To Regain The Aesthetic Values ​​Of The Auditorium While Maintaining The Current Acoustic Conditions And To Replace The Lighting Equipment And Substructure. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes The Dismantling Of Existing Wall And Floor Coverings, Seats, Lighting, Demolition Of The Wall Of The Sound System, As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of New Equipment Elements In Their Place. The Order Includes Design (Preparation Of Technical Documentation), Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Decisions Along With Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works And Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Is Also To Obtain A Decision On A Building Permit And A Decision On An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Including Representing The Ordering Party Before The Authorities Involved In The Process Of Obtaining The Above-Mentioned Decision. The Detailed Scope Of Design Works, Construction Works, Supplies And Accompanying Services Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
