Description Of The Subject Of The Order:2.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Including: Scope, Characteristics Of The Works And Technical Parameters, Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Maintenance And Repair Program And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bill Of Quantities. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document For The Valuation Of The Offer.2.2. The Scope Of The Basic Order Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement Includes, Among Others, The Following Works: A) Cleaning Of Dirt And Dust And Staining Of Sandstone Stone Elements (Sculpture And Bas-Reliefs, Plaques, Cartouches, Etc.) On The Facade And Plinth; B) Cleaning And Removal Of Graffiti; C) Impregnation Of All Sandstone Stone Elements With Hydrophobic Preparations; D) Repair Of Smooth External Plasters And External Drawn Plasters Of Facade Walls, E) Painting Plasters Of Smooth And Drawn External Walls With Paints; F) Protection Of Walls Against Moisture Penetration And Algae Growth; G) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings On Balconies; H) Waterproofing Of Balcony Slabs; I) Replacement Of Floors On Balconies; J) Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building Below The Ground Level On The Square Side. Daszyńskiego 1; K) Renovation Of External Wooden Doors On The Side Of Daszyńskiego Square; L) Renovation Of Doors And Metal Grates And Other Metal Elements;Ł) Dismantling And Constructing A New Retaining Wall For The Flower Bed Next To The Building From The Street. Kościuszki.;M) Dismantling And Resurfacing Of Sidewalks;Replacing Windows;O) Other Works Not Mentioned In The Design Documentation. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: A) Develop A Project For Changing The Traffic Organization In Order To Perform The Works; B) Obtain A Permit To Occupy A Right-Of-Way; C) Pay A Fee For Occupying A Right-Of-Way.2.3. Due To The Special Nature Of The Activities Of The District Court In Opole And Work Performed In A Public Utility Facility, Some Works And The So-Called Noisy Work, I.E. Works Disturbing The Normal Functioning Of The District Court In Opole, The Contractor Will Perform In The Afternoon, I.E. After 3:30 P.M. - After The End Of The Opening Hours Of The District Court In Opole, Maximum Until 8 P.M., Or In Exceptional Cases On Days That Are Non-Working Days For The District Court In Opole.
