Tenders Are Invited For Hardening Of The Gravel Road At Ul. Constitution Of May 3 From No. 54-56.

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road At Konstytucji 3 Maja Street In Międzyrzecz, Plot No. 541, Międzyrzecz-1 District, Along With Lighting. The Subject Of This Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 1.2. The Task Consists In Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits As Well As Final Administrative Decisions, Including A Decision On A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of The Competent Authority On The Lack Of Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works In The Event Of Reporting The Construction/Execution Of Road Construction Works, And Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit (If Necessary) Together With The Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Survey Together With Geodetic Measurements Of The Completed Elements Of The Works. 1.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz 1.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule For The Investment Implementation Approved By The Ordering Party, Prepared By The Contractor, Which Will Be An Annex To The Contract.
