Adapting The Building To Current Fire Protection Regulations, Including: A) Construction Of A Lighting Installation And Retrofitting The Existing Installation With Additional Emergency And Evacuation Luminaires, B) Construction Of A Fire Alarm System (Ssp), C) Expansion Of The Electrical Installation With Reconstruction Of The Fire Protection Switch, Construction Of New Electrical Circuits, Reconstruction Of Electrical Panels, D) Construction Of A Staircase Smoke Extraction System Along With The Installation Of Air Intake Doors And Smoke Exhaust Windows, 1.2. Construction Of An Energy-Saving External Elevator, Including: Extension Of The Building With An External Elevator Located On The North Side, Adapted For People With Disabilities, B) Reconstruction Consisting In Dismantling Windows And Breaking Down Window Walls In Place Of The Elevator, C) Carrying Out Renovation Works Including Replacing Windows And Doors In External Walls, Dismantling And Installing New Internal Doors And Windows, Replacing All Hu52 Internal Hydrants With Hydrants Hp25, D) Performance Of External Renovation Works, Including Dismantling Part Of The Facade In Place Of The New Elevator, Dismantling Concrete Cubes Next To The Elevator And Re-Laying Them On A New Foundation, E) Planting Vegetation In The Investment Area.2.
