Irrigation Of Pitches In The Stęszew Commune: Part 1: Irrigation Of The Pitch In Skrzynki Stage I, Scope Of Work In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform All Necessary Work For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Commissioning Of Equipment And Training Of The Users Employees. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. In Addition, The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Preparation Of Full Documentation - 2 Copies In Polish, Which Consists Of: A) As-Built Documentation: B) Certificates For Materials And Prefabricates, C) Instructions For Use, Maintenance And Operation Of Devices 2) Work Acceptance Protocols. 3) Required Documents Regarding The Tests, Measurements And Checks Carried Out By The Contractor, Work Execution Technology: Work Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Law Provisions, Legal Provisions Regarding Technical Requirements, Environmental Protection, Health And Safety Principles And Technical Knowledge. All Materials Used Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Be In Accordance With Applicable Standards. Moreover, Each Material Used Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, Failure To Agree On The Above Will Result In Replacement With An Appropriate One, The Cost Of Replacement Being Fully Borne By The Contractor. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Order, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Above Activities To A Third Party And Deduct The Costs Incurred By The Contractor From The Contractors Remuneration, And If This Amount Turns Out To Be Insufficient, It Will Be Refunded On General Terms. If The Bill Of Quantities Or Specification Contains Indications Of Materials For A Specific Manufacturer/Names Of Producers And Products, They Should Be Read As Examples Serving Only To Specify The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials, Solutions, Technologies And Equivalent Standards. With Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Authenticating These Materials. The Contractor, Under His Own Responsibility And At His Own Expense, Should Take All Preventive Measures Required By Sound Construction Practice And Current Circumstances To Protect The Rights Of Owners Of Properties Adjacent To The Construction/Works Site And Avoid Causing Any Disruption Or Damage There. The Contractor Is Liable For Any Damage Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To Third Parties. The Surrounding Area And Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic Should Be Permanently Protected Against The Impact Of The Works. Social Clause: The Ordering Party Requires
