The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Conduct Of Training Entitled: Basic Knowledge In The Field Of Electrical Engineering B1, B2 For Students Of The Technical School Complex In Mielec Studying The Profession Of Aircraft Mechanic Technician As Part Of The Project Challenge Of The Future - Innovative Dual Education + Steam+ In The Mielec Poviat Along With Conducting The Final Exam. 2. The Training Will Be Carried Out For A Group Of 20-25 People. The Given Quantity Is An Estimate, With The Minimum Scope Of The Order Being The Training For 20 Persons.3. Classes Will Be Held On Weekends Or Other Days Free From Mandatory Teaching Activities - After Prior Arrangement, Immediately After Signing The Contract And Back, And Will Provide A Tutor. 5. If, For Formal And Organizational Reasons, The Training And/Or Exam Cannot Take Place In Mielec, The Contractor Will Also Provide And Bear The Costs Of Travel To The Place Of Training And/Or Examination And Back The Contractor Includes The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. In The Present Proceedings, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, There Are No Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Involves The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 2024, Items 878 And 1222), Therefore, Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Act, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Performing The Order Under An Employment Contract.
