The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Bus Adapted To Transport School-Age Children With The Following Minimum Parameters: 1) Year Of Production: 2026; 2) Condition: New; 3) Number Of Seats: 30; 4) Engine Capacity: At Least 2998 Cm3; 5) Engine Power: At Least 149 Hp; 6) Standard: At Least Euro 6; 7) Gearbox Type: Automatic; 8) Fuel Tank: At Least 150 L; A Bus For Transporting School-Age Children Should Be Equipped With At Least: 1) Abs (Anti-Lock Braking System); 2) Esp (Electronic Stability Program); 3) Reversing Camera; 4) Luggage Hatches; 5) Webasto; 6) Reclining And Sliding Seats Equipped With Seat Belts, Tables And Storage Nets; 7) Double Side Windows; 8) Power Steering Steering Wheel;9) Multifunction Steering Wheel;10) Electric, Heated Mirrors;11) Heating;12) Air Conditioning;13) Individual Seat Lighting;14) Air Vents;15) Radio;16) Cd Player;17) Tachograph;18) Central Locking;19) Sliding Doors;20) Seat Belts; 21) Drivers Usb;22) Navigation;23) Central Fire Extinguishing System;24) Gsr Ii Safety Systems25) Bus Marking (Yellow Square Boards With A Black Childrens Symbol At The Front And Rear Of The Vehicle);Note: 1) The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502).2) The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251).3) Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations (If Applicable).4) The Vehicle Documentation Must Include Confirmation Of The Vehicles Approval For Road Traffic. 5) The Bus Should Be Technically Efficient And Free From Construction Defects.6) Required Minimum Warranty And Warranty Period For The Offered Bus (Without Mileage Limit): At Least 12 Months (1 Year).7) The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The Bus To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Are Borne By The Contractor.8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Road Traffic Documents Together With The Delivery Of The Bus In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Among Others: A) Approval Certificate,B) Vehicle Operational Documentation Including The Owners Manual In Polish, Service Book And Warranty Statement,C) Certificates And Attestations Authorizing The Vehicle For Proper Use (If Applicable),D) Two Sets Of Keys,E) Documents Required By Law To Register The Vehicle In The Relevant Transport Department, Such As: Vat Invoice, Ec Certificate Of Conformity, Document Confirming The Payment Of Excise Duty In The Territory Of The Country Or The Lack Of The Obligation To Pay Excise Duty (If Applicable).
