1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Municipal Office In Ropczyce2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items, Postal Parcels, Courier Items To Each Address Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Country And Abroad, As Well As Returning Undelivered Items After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery.3. The Ordering Party Informs That When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, It Envisages The Possibility Of Using The Option Right Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Therefore, The Subject Of The Contract In These Proceedings Has Been Divided Into A Basic (Guaranteed) Contract And An Option Contract. The Scope Of The Basic Order Is Presented In The Calculation Form Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. The Quantities Given Therein Are The Minimum Quantities That Should Be Included In The Valuation In The Offer.4. The Option Right Will Consist In Increasing The Scope Of The Order: A) By A Maximum Of 15,000 Pieces Of Various Types Of Domestic Letter Items, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz B) By A Maximum Of 50 Pieces Of Various Types Of Foreign Letter Items - European Zone, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz C) By A Maximum Of 15 Pieces Of Various Types Of Foreign Letter Items - Non-European Zone, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz D) For A Maximum Of 20 Pieces Of Various Types Of Domestic Postal Parcels (Size A Or B), Which Are Listed In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz E) For A Maximum Of 10 Pieces Of Various Types Of Shipments That The Ordering Party Did Not Specify In The Calculation Form, And Therefore The Contractor Did Not Price Them In The Offer. If They Are Ordered Under The Option Right, The Contractor Will Additionally Price Them In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Price List Of The Contractors Postal Services, Publicly Available.5. The Ordering Party Reserves That It Will Be Able To Use One Or More Options To Increase The Scope Of The Order Listed In Section 4, However, The Value Of The Increase Calculated On The Basis Of Unit Prices Of Each Type Of Shipments Covered By The Increase May Not Exceed 20% Of The Contract Value Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form.6. Moreover, In The Event Of Necessity, I.E. The Exhaustion Of The Number Of Shipments Of A Given Type Of Product Item Indicated In The Calculation Form Provided For In The Basic Order, The Ordering Party May Increase The Number Of Pieces Within A Given Item While Reducing The Number Of Pieces Of Other Items Specified In The Calculation Form, But These Changes Cannot Affect The Increase In The Contractors Gross Contractual Remuneration Referred To In § 5 Section 1 Of The Draft Agreement – ​​Annex No. 3 To Swz.7.
