The Type Of Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form, Which Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. 3. As Part Of The Catering Services Provided, The Contractor Will Successively Provide Catering, In Accordance With Each Time The Ordering Partys Request For A Given Meeting - A Written Order (Individual Order) Sent In Electronic Form - Via E-Mail, To The Address Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form. Orders Will Be Constructed Based On A Pricing Form With Unit Prices. 4. Each Time Ordering A Service (Individual Order), The Ordering Party Will Specify In Particular: Date, Place, Time, Time Of The Event, Expected Number Of Participants, Menu, Method Of Serving Food, Contact Person Regarding The Provision Of The Service, And (In The Case Of Comprehensive Catering Services) Will Also Specify: Detailed Menu, Additional Instructions Regarding, Among Others, Delivery Or Setting Of Tables, Type Of Dishes, Tableware And Cutlery, Table Decorations, Scope Of Waiter Service.
