The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Sidewalk Along The Provincial Road No. 364 At Ul. Gryfowska (From The Intersection With Ul. Leśna To Building No. 1 At Ul. Gryfowska), I.E. From Km 16+540 To Km 16+780 And Al. Wojska Polskiego (From The Intersection With Ul. Gryfowska At The Parking Lot To The Pedestrian Crossing At Road Level Without Traffic Lights), I.E. From Km 16+810 To Km 16+840, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits. The Scope Of The Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Planned Procedure For Obtaining Its Effective Approval For Implementation, I.E. Obtaining A Valid Notification Of Works/Obtaining A Building Permit/Obtaining A Decision Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment. The Commune Reserves The Right To Transfer Copyrights To Another Entity.• The Form And Scope Of The Documentation Should Correspond To The Currently Applicable Regulations In This Regard,• The Documentation Should Include All Necessary Industries, Taking Into Account The Full Scope Of Works Necessary To Implement A Building Facility In Accordance With The Regulations• The Documentation Should Contain The Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Approvals And Decisions Necessary To Obtain The Acceptance Of The Application / Obtain A Building Permit / Obtain A Zrid Decision.
