The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel For The Facilities Of Osir Warszawa-Wawer, Located At Ul. V Poprzeczna 22 And Lokalna 33 In Warsaw. 1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. From May 1, 2026 To April 30, 2027. The Ordering Party Will Control The Value Of The Contract Itself, If The Estimated Quantity Is Exceeded, The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Gas Consumption (Any Changes Will Be Introduced In An Annex To The Contract). 2. The Ordering Party Will Use Gas Fuel For Heating Purposes, For Its Own Needs In Connection With Its Statutory Activities. The Ordering Party Is Not Exempt From Excise Duty.3. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Is To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract), And Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Quality Standards Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, The Act Of April 23, 1964 - Civil Code, And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis And In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz (Template Of Essential Provisions Of The Contract).4. The Ordering Party Informs That Settlement For Gas Fuel Distribution Services Will Be In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator, I.E. Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. For A Given Billing Period. 5. The Ordering Party Is Not A Recipient Of Gas Fuel Who Meets The Conditions For Being Recognized As A Recipient Referred To In Art. 1 Of The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Customers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market, Nor Does It Intend To Use The Purchased Fuel For The Needs Of The Customers Referred To In Section 2 Point 2 Letter C Of The Said Act.6. The Ordering Party Has No Concluded Contracts/Annexes As Part Of Promotional/Loyalty Campaigns.
