Tenders Are Invited For Providing Support Services In The Form Of Specialized Counseling And Supervision As Part Of The Project Support For The Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Poznań Subregion.
Providing Services Supporting Development And Compensating For Delays In The Form Of Individual Specialist Psychological Counseling For Service Recipients Indicated By The Ordering Party, Participants Of The Project Support For The Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Poznań Subregion, Residents Of The Oborniki District, With The Capital In Oborniki (Postal Code 64-600). The Activities Are Short-Term Psychosocial Support Of A Preventive And Diagnostic Nature, Implemented As Part Of A Social Project And Do Not Constitute Health Services Within The Meaning Of The Provisions On Medical Activities. The Service Does Not Cover The Treatment Of Mental Disorders. If The Need For Treatment Is Diagnosed, The Participant Is Referred To The Appropriate Entities Of The Health Care System. Supporting Services Will Be Provided By A Psychologist: Basic Order Up To 300 Clock Hours + A Maximum Of Additional 60 Clock Hours Under The Option Law. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Period From The Date Of Awarding The Order To The Contractor Until February 29, 2028 Or Until The Maximum (Taking Into Account The Option Rights) Value Of The Order Determined In The Proceedings Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Of The Above-Mentioned Events Occurs First.
