Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Security Service - 2026/2027

Tenders are invited for Supply of Security Service - 2026/2027 Refundable Bid Security (Rs.) 200,000/- Interested bidders could obtain a complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language from Procurement Division, Ocean University of Sri Lanka., Crow Island, Mattakkuliya, Colombo 15, on submission of a writing request with the copy of the bank deposit slip to the Director Finance, on normal working days between 09.00 a.m. and 03.00 p.m. upon payment of non-refundable fee of 5,000/ = for each Bidding Document separately. Tender document fee of Rupees 5,000/= per each should he credited to Ocean University of Sri Lanka, Account No: 214-1-001-6-3629909, Peoples Bank, Mattakkuliya Branch, from 19.03.2026 to 06.04.2026. Name of the Procurement should he clearly written on the left-hand corner (Tender for Supply of Security Service - 2026/2027 and Janitorial Service - 2026/2027) of the envelope and the Bids in duplicate that clearly marked as Original & Duplicate should he sent through Registered post to address given below and shall be deposited in the Tender box no 01 at the address below at or before 11.00 a.m. on 07.04.2026 for both tenders. Late bids will be rejected. Each item is considered as a separate bid and applications can be submitted as separate Bids. Bids will be opened at 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. on 07.04.2026. For the opening of the Bids, the Bidder or a representative of the bidder (With an authority delegating letter) can participate. Bids shall be valid up to 24.06.2026. The bidder should submit a bid security for above mentioned value in favor of Vice Chancellor, Ocean University of Sri Lanka, obtained from any commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form of an unconditional and on demand guarantee and shall he valid up to 22.07.2026. Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 25.03.2026 (11.00 a.m. Security & 11.30 a.m. Janitorial) at Ocean University of Sri Lanka, Crow Island, Mattakkuliya, Colombo 15.
