Sandnes Municipality At Sandnes Property, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client/Builder, Invites An Open Tender For A Framework Agreement For Fireproofing In Existing Municipal Buildings. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract With One Supplier To Cover The Clients Needs For Work With Fireproofing, Including Associated Materials. The Agreement Shall Cover Municipal Buildings And Housing Owned By The Client, Including Schools, Nurseries, Residential And Activity Centres, Nursing And Retirement Homes, Swimming And Sports Halls, Office Buildings, Cultural Centres, Municipal Rental Housing, Health Centres, Etc. The Supplier Must Count On Work In Buildings That Are Fully Or Partially In Operation, Work During School Holidays, As Well As Work On Listed And Protected Buildings. Work On Construction Sites With Several Contractors Present At The Same Time, And Tasks Of Varying Complexity And Degree Of Difficulty, Must Also Be Taken Into Account. Expected Commencement Of The Framework Agreement Is Mid-May 2026. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 2 Years With An Option For The Client To Extend For A Further 1 + 1 Year. Annual Contract Value Is Estimated At Approx. Nok 1.3 Million, Excl. Vat Total Contract Value (4 Years) Is Assumed To Be Approx. Nok 5.2 Million Excl.
