Bfe Build Includes The Construction Of A New Building Dedicated To Baggage Handling And Storage. The Building Will Be Located North Of Finger E And East Of The Existing Baggage Factory 3, And The New Building Will Support Future Capacity Needs For Baggage Handling. A Connection - A Connector - For The Transport Of Luggage From The Existing Luggage Factory 3 Across A Waste Yard To The New Luggage Building Will Also Be Established Under This Turnkey Contract. The Baggage System Is Supplied And Installed In The Building And Connector Under A Different Contract. There Will Therefore Need To Be Close Coordination Between The Present Turnkey Contractor For The Construction Project And The Luggage Supplier During Both Planning And Execution. This Tender Will Be Carried Out According To The Procedure Tender With Negotiation According To The Rules Of The Defense And Security Directive (2009/81/Ec) Article 26. Tender With Negotiation Means That Any Economic Actor Can Apply For Pre-Qualification. Only Pre-Qualified Bidders Are Entitled To Submit Bids.
