These Tender Conditions Apply To Københavns Lufthavne A/S’ (Hereinafter The ”Contracting Entity”) Invitation To Tender For A Contract For The Purchase Of A Baggage Handling System For Baggage Factory East (Bfe-Bhs) Under The Defence And Security Directive (2009/81/Ef). The Contract Is Based On An Early Contractor Involvement (Eci) And Will Be Executed In Two Phases; Phase 1: Development Phase And Phase 2: Final Design And Execution Phasethe Tender Procedure Will Be Completed As A Negotiated Procedure, Which Means That Only Prequalified Tenderers Will Be Invited To Submit Tenders Cf.
