The Tlc Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Contractors For A Boiler Replacement Project As Further Described In This Rfp. Two Existing Boilers Are Nearing The End Of Their Operational Life And Require Replacement To Ensure Uninterrupted Operations And Improve Overall Efficiency. In Addition To Replacing The Boilers, The Successful Proponent Will Also Replace Pumps, Air Separator Units, And Provide Cleaning And Chemical Treatment As Outlined In The Rfp Specifications. The Tlc May Replace The Expansion Tanks, Budget Permitting.
