The Municipality Of Hermagor-Pressegger See (Hereinafter Also “Client”, “Ag” Or “Lessor”) Intends To Award A Long-Term Lease Agreement For Properties On Lake Pressegger. The Aim Of The Present Procedure Is Therefore To Conclude A Lease Agreement For The Properties Described In The Tender Documents Between The Lessor On The One Hand And The Bidder Ranked Highest In The Procedure On The Other Hand (Abbreviated As “Lease Agreement”). The Properties Covered By The Lease Agreement Should Be Leased To A Tenant Who Will Implement An Attractive Tourist Flagship Project On The Properties (In Particular The Operation Of A Tourist Accommodation Facility Including A Restaurant And A Bathhouse).
