With This Procurement, The City Of Seinäjoki, Hereinafter The Procurement Unit, Establishes A Register Of Contracted Suppliers To Acquire Individual, Guiding Employment Services For The Clients Of The Työlakeude Employment Area. The Services To Be Procured Can Be: - Guidance Services Given To One Customer, For The Service Need Identified By The Customer And His Personal Trainer. At The Same Time, The Goal Is To Support The Clients Agency And Involvement, In Which Case He Has The Opportunity To Choose The Service And Service Provider That Suits Him.- Group Services Produced For The Defined Target Group The Common Thing For The Organized Services Is That They Seek Effective Solutions With Which The Client Progresses Towards Employment Or Training That Promotes It. The Services Look For Solutions To The Needs Identified By The Personal Trainer And The Client, Which The Personal Trainer Cannot Meet In His Daily Work. As A Rule, The Services Are Deeper Than The Service Provided By The Labor Authority And Require The Special Expertise Of The Service Provider, Where E.G. Resolve The Nodes Of The Job Search. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement And The Guidance Of Customers To The Services Are Described In The Service Description Attached To The Announcement (Appendix 1). The Participation Procedure And The Selection Of Service Providers Are Described In Section Iv: Procedure, As Well As In The Service Description Attached To This Procurement Announcement (Appendix 1) And The Procurement Procedure Description (Appendix 2). The Tenderer Can Register In One Or More Sub-Areas In His Participation Request. As An Attachment To The Participation Request, The Service Provider Provides A Description Of The Services They Offer And What Kind Of Employment-Promoting Solutions They Achieve. The Procurement Unit Has Set Aside Approx. €100,000/Year (Vat 0%) For Procured Services. The Amount Is An Estimate And It May Vary During The Validity Of The Supplier Register. During The Validity Of This Procurement System, Purchases Can Be Made For A Maximum Value Of 400,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
