This Is A Market Survey, Not An Advance Notice, Not A Procurement Notice, Nor A Request For Tenders. The City Of Helsinkis Department Of Education And Training Is Tendering Piano Tuning Services For The Period 1 September 2026 To 31 August 2028. The Schools, Educational Institutions, Kindergartens, Labor Institutes And Arbiks (Svenska Arbetarinstitutet Helsingfors) Belonging To The Department Of Education And Training Of The City Of Helsinki Have A Total Of Approximately 950 Pianos And Grand Pianos Approximately 50 Pcs. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Specific Purchase Quantity. As A Rule, Pianos Are Tuned Every Two Years, With The Exception Of Pianos In Ballrooms And Music-Oriented Locations, Which Are Tuned As Needed. Tuning Always Takes Place During The Offices Operating Hours. A Maximum Of 3 Service Providers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Aim Is To Make Procurements During The Contract Period, Mainly In The Order Of Priority According To The Competition. The Order Of Priority Can Be Deviated From If The Option Ranked First Is Not Available, In Which Case The Service Will Be Ordered From The Next Service Provider According To The Order Of Priority. The Contract Includes The Option Of A Maximum Two (2) Year Option Period. The Subscriber Decides On The Use Of The Option Period No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. In This Case, The Validity Of The Procurement Contracts Will Expire On August 31, 2030 At The Latest. During The Option Period, The Terms Of The Original Procurement Contract Apply As They Are Valid At The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Market Survey Does Not Oblige The Procurement Units To Carry Out The Actual Procurement Or To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Market Survey. The Market Survey Is Accompanied By Preliminary Draft Documents, On Which We Ask For Your Comments. The Request For Tender Is Still In The Preparation Phase. Due To Incompleteness, The Texts In The Draft Rfp Attached To The Request For Information May Change In The Actual Rfp. We Are Asking For Comments On The Attached Documents On 10.4. By 12:00.
