The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Coordination Of The Art Project Related To The Kuumasaiaraala And Rauma Health And Safety Center Construction Projects In The Satakunta Welfare Area. The Planning Work For The Heat Hospital And The Rauma Health And Safety Center In The Satakunta Welfare Area Has Started. The Buildings Are Scheduled To Be Put Into Use In 2029. The Goal For These Sites Is To Use The Current Artworks Of The Satakunta Welfare Area And Acquire New Art, Possibly In Connection With The Entrances Of The Buildings To The Outside And In The Interior Of The Building As Integrated Or Separate Works. The Whole Includes The Mapping Of The Current Artworks Of Both Sites Of The Project And The Evaluation And Planning Of The Repositioning Of Other Existing Art In The Welfare Area To The Acquisition Sites. The Coordination And Planning Work Of Art Acquisitions And Current Art Is Carried Out In Cooperation With The Architects Of Both Projects And The Commissioning Organization. For The Planning And Implementation Of The Art Project, An Art Coordinator Is Needed As An Expert Service In The Art Field, Who Will Start Work At The Beginning Of 2026. The Works Are Scheduled For The Years 2026–2029. The Total Budget Of Both Projects Reserved For Art Is A Total Of 400,000 Euros, Which Includes Art Coordination Work. It Is Planned To Organize An Art Competition Or A Portfolio Search As One Method Of Acquiring Art. The Task Of The Art Coordinator Is The Art Coordination Of Both Construction Projects From Start To Finish, I.E. Planning Art Spaces In Collaboration With The Architect And The Client, Preparing Things With The Art Work Group, Writing The Art Program, Drafting Contracts, Communicating With Artists, Arranging Meetings, Supervising Art Hangings And Monitoring The Budget.
