This Project Anticipates The Project Phases And Requirements As Described Below: Phase 1 – Assessment Of The Connection To The Blue Line Lrt System; Phase 2 – Train Technology Re-Assessment And Recommendation; Phase 3 – Re-Assessment Of Rail Access To A Maintenance And Storage Facility; Phase 4 – Maintenance And Storage Facility Functional Planning Study; Phase 5 – Updates To All The Airport Trail Functional Planning Studies To Reflect The Proposed Airport Transit Line; Phase 6 – Airport Transit Line Operation In Airport Tunnel; Phase 7 – Airport Terminal Station Jurisdictional Scan And Scoping Studies; Phase 8 – Complete Preliminary Design For All The Above-Mentioned Work Phases; Phase 9 – Project Delivery Model Assessment (By The City); Phase 10 – Owner’S Engineer’S Role In Case Of A P3 Project Delivery Method; Phase 11 – Complete The Detailed Design Based On The Preliminary Design; Phase 12 – Provide Construction Contract Administration Services (Currently Unfunded); And Phase 13 – Post Construction Administration Services (Currently Unfunded).
